Application process
- Call for information Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. - Must be referred by the Carroll County Juvenile Court. A conference will be held with the youth, youth's parents or legal guardian.
Fee
Possible fines set by the municipality.
Eligibility
- Serves youth under 18 years old who live in or have committed an offense in Carroll County. - Must be a first time offender, a non-felony offender, and be a willing participant.
