Application process

Walk in for an initial evaluation or call the Main phone number for an initial evaluation appointment or for more information. A trained clinician will complete a Diagnostic Assessment and determine what agency services are appropriate to assist the child and family. Transportation Services to Riveon Appointments: - If enrolled in a Medicaid program, call the number on the insurance card to arrange transportation. - If not enrolled in a Medicaid program, call 440-204-4224 to schedule transportation. 24-hour advance notice is required.

- Accepts most insurance plans and public programs including Medicaid, Medicare, and Title XX. - Offers a sliding scale fee based on income/household size.

Languages

- Video Remote Interpreting and Telephone Interpreting services available in over 250 languages. - If a situation arises where an in-person interpreter is required, Riveon Mental Health and Recovery Center makes every possible effort to secure an in-person interpreter. - Printed programmatic information is available in Spanish.
