Service includes filling out forms and making contacts for clients. The purpose is to aid the older adult in accessing necessary services in order to maintain independence, Buckeye Cards, Home Energy Assistance, Ohio Energy Credit Program, Medicare, Medicaid, Supplemental Insurance, Homestead Exemption and other assistance programs.
