Adults with severeand presistent mental illness (such as bipolar, schizophrenia, and severe depression) reffered by case manager, therapist, or phychiatrist. HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER * The only requirement to become a member of ESN is that you have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. There is no fee for membership. Membership is lifelong. * Your first visit to ESN is “no strings attached”. Please feel free to attend a group of your choice (except Out on the Town) to see if you feel like ESN is a good fit for you. Once you realize how awesome it is (and you will, I promise) you can plan your next visit. *On your second visit you will need to present the Executive Director your completed application.
