Provides foster homes for youth with behavioral or mental problems. Seeks to reunite these youth with their own families and communities through intensive treatment that includes teaching skills for normal everyday living. Trains foster parents through extensive instruction to serve as the primary authority in the child's treatment plan.

Application process
Youth are referred to this program by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. For prospective foster parents, phone during office hours for information and to set up an interview.
Fee
Fixed fee handled by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
Eligibility
Foster children ages birth-21 with behavioral or functioning problems at home, in school, or in the community. Also youth with mental illness, mental retardation, or developmental disabilities. Foster parents must be over age 23 and will be advised of other requirements.
