Eligibility
Eligibility based on federal poverty guidelines, resources and size of family. Must be a Delaware County resident and have minor children in the home, or paying child support for a minor child outside of the home to be eligible for any PRC program. Applicants are not eligible if already reimbursed for travel by their employer or provided this benefit through another assistance program. Other eligibility guidelines may apply.
