Homeless outreach program for severally mentally disabled persons who are currently not engaged in mental health services; also for dually diagnosed as substance abuse/mentally ill and are homeless; link to mainstream services, link to permanent housing with possibility of housing subsidies, immediate access 4 bed housing-temporary; length of stay up to 1 month. Not a crisis unit.
