Serves those who are involved in court cases under the jurisdiction of the Darke County Municipal Court. Jurors: Adults, age 18 and older, who are registered voters residing in Darke County.

Criminal Arraignments are held on Tuesdays at 8:00am and 11:00am. Tax Arraignments are held on Tuesdays at 9:30am.

Application process

Walk in and report to the Criminal/Traffic Clerk's service window and check in on the court date provided. Phone for information M-F: 7:30am-12:00noon and 1:00pm-4:30pm or check website for information and forms. Jurors are randomly selected and notified by mail. Court records are available on website.
