CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES AND REPORTING | FAIRFIELD COUNTY JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES

Investigation, intervention, and advocacy for children under 18 who are at risk or victims of abuse including physical or emotional abuse, unsafe or hazardous living conditions, exploitation, neglect, abandonment, or financial exploitation. Hotline for abused children and concerned others who are in need of advice, guidance and/or emotional support. *Families who have an open child abuse case following emergency response or who have been identified as being at risk for child abuse or neglect may be able to work with reunification services to establish a case plan for ongoing services which may allow the child to remain in the home or return to the home if previously removed. Services include counseling, family plans and reunification voucher for housing.
