Supports patients who have been diagnosed with a qualifying heart valve condition or disorder and who are currently receiving treatment, have been in treatment within the last 6 months or are starting treatment within 60 days. Once approved, the financial fund provides a one-time $600 grant to help offset the out-of-pocket expenses associated with transportation, lodging, housing, utilities, and food needs related to heart valve treatments.
