Provides a workshop where those with long-lasting health conditions (diabetes, asthma, fibromyalgia, hypertension, etc.). Participants learn techniques and information to live effectively with their long-lasting health condition(s). Workshops are also effective for those managing the chronic disease of someone they care for.
