Eligibility
Adults 18 or older. The person filing does not have to live in Cuyahoga County, but the deceased person whose estate will be probated must have resided in Cuyahoga County and potential wards (for guardianship) or conservatees must reside in Cuyahoga County. May be other eligibility depending on what forms are being filed.
