Phone, walk in, or go online for information. For the prepayment program, will need to request and complete an application form.

Fee

Free. Attorneys who may contact taxpayers with overdue bills before their tax debt is sold to a debt collector will not charge additional interest on the debt. This is not the same as the interest added to a tax bill when the lien has been sold to a collection agency.

Eligibility

Serves Cuyahoga County. Those who have become delinquent on their property taxes may have the tax lien on their property sold to a third party. Taxpayers whose liens are sold are not eligible for tax payment plans and must deal with the third party who owns their tax lien in addition to paying current property taxes.
