A declaration of estimated income tax must be filed by all individuals who can reasonably expect to owe Stow income tax of $200 or more at year's end. Not required to file a City of Stow income tax return: - Minors ages 17 and under. Individuals can request a refund of income tax withheld for the City of Stow on income earned prior to their 18th birthday by contacting the tax office.
