A declaration of estimated income tax must be filed by all individuals who can reasonably expect to owe Stow income tax of $200 or more at year's end. Estimated tax payments must be made on a quarterly basis as follows: A minimum of one-fourth (1/4) on or by April 15th, July 15th, October 15th, and January 15th.

Required to file a City of Stow income tax return: - Each person age 18 and over living in the City of Stow, whether or not tax is due. - All non-residents who own a business in City of Stow. - All non-residents who own rental property in City of Stow. - All non-residents who work in the City of Stow and tax is not properly withheld by the taxpayer's City of Stow employer. - All non-residents who work in the City of Stow and tax withheld by another municipality at less than 2%. Not required to file a City of Stow income tax return: - Minors ages 17 and under. Individuals can request a refund of income tax withheld for the City of Stow on income earned prior to their 18th birthday by contacting the tax office.
