Application process
Phone for information or to schedule an appointment, M-F: 7:30am-4:30pm. All first-time visitors are interviewed, examined and given X-rays before being assigned to a dental student, who will then determine the patient's course of treatment.
Fees
Fixed fee; Third-party payment accepted: Medicaid, Delta Dental, as well as other dental insurance providers. Patients approve fees on a by-procedure basis before procedure begins and must pay full amount on the day the procedure is completed.
