Eligibility
Serves youth ages 6 to 17 and their families residing in Lorain, Medina, and Summit counties.
Required documents
Will be requested as needed.
Hours
By appointment only. Program length generally three (3) to six (6) hours of service per week for a 3-month to 6-month period.

Provides intensive treatment services in the home setting including assessment, individual and family therapy, ongoing consultation and monitoring, and aftercare planning. Coordinates a multi-system approach with the courts, schools, peers, therapists, and others to help families problem-solve and with wraparound services.
