Fees

No fee to find a health center. Health center services are available regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Sliding scale available based on patient's income and household size. Most insurance accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Offers an online searchable database of federally qualified health centers (FQHC) that offer medical services to the public, including individuals experiencing homelessness, residents of public housing, and Medicaid recipients. Services offered at health centers include, but are not limited to, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, OBGYN services, diagnostics and radiology screenings, immunizations, dental care, family planning, pharmacology, and emergency medical services. Services are available to the public regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
