Files direct appeals and post-conviction motions to Ohio's Eighth District Court of Appeals (Cuyahoga County), the Ohio Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Will also offer some general information about legal issues and the court process.

Phone M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm for information and an appointment. Those who cannot afford the fee may file an Affidavit of Poverty with the court.

Fixed application fee, which may be waived in some cases; may also incur court costs.

Adults 18 and older who cannot afford to pay for legal representation as determined by the court. Serves those with those with felony cases in Cuyahoga County.
