Referral from Case Worker required.
Fee
Fees are 30% of income for rent and nominal charges for utilities and phone; most clients receive SSI for mental disabilities, case worker will help those who do not receive SSI apply.
Eligibility
Open to those ages 18-24 in Cuyahoga County who meet the HUD definition of chronic homelessness and have been diagnosed with a major mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, or substance abuse issues. Must be able to live independently and safely without 24-hour supervision.
