Open to grandparents who are the primary caregiver of at least one grandchild age 18 or under. Grandparent caregivers must also:
- be a resident of Kentucky
- be related to the child(ren) by blood, through marriage, or adoption
- have a household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
- not be receiving state kinship care program benefits
- not share a residence with the child(ren)'s parent(s)

Provides a variety of supportive services to grandparents raising grandchildren. Services include assistance in gaining access to services, information about support groups, and financial assistance for a variety of needs, including clothing, respite care, educational supplies, and medical and dental services.
