Potential Wish Recipient or Nominator should fill out and submit a wish form, available on the website. Agency will evaluate the wish to ensure it meets the criteria. If it does not meet the criteria, the potential wish recipient or nominator will receive a letter explaining why. A representative will call and interview the potential wish recipient or nominator. The agency will then make a final determination as to whether the wish will be granted and will notify potential wish recipient or nominator regarding timeframe and logistics, if accepted. If not accepted, the agency will send a letter explaining why.

Fulfills life-enriching Wishes for senior citizens. Four types of Wishes are granted: Commemorating Service (such as visiting memorials and attending military reunions); Renewing and Celebrating Passions (such as playing in a band or learning to dance); Reconnecting Loved Ones (reconnecting with long-lost friends or loved ones); Fulfilling Lifelong Dreams (such as flying a plane, driving a race care, or skydiving). The service does not send seniors on vacation. Travel must be purpose-driven, with a dream achieved during or as a result of the trip.
