Eligibility
Serves Summit County residents age 18 and over that meet the following criteria:
  • Has a medically documented intellectual or developmental disability.
  • Needs improvement in one or more of the following areas: Socialization, recreation or leisure skills, communication and decision-making skills, physical functioning and mobility, self-awareness, and self-enrichment.
Required documents
Will be requested as needed.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm.

None.

Call the office at extension 278 for more information. Accepts self-referrals and referrals from community agencies.
Fees
Financial support available to those who qualify through County Boards of Developmental Disabilities, Individual Options Waiver, and Level 1 Waiver.

Provides social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities to adults who have a physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disability. Services include the following:
  • Social, recreational, and educational activities.
  • Community-based activities.
  • Nursing support.
  • Personal care.
  • Social services, advocacy, and referral.
  • Transportation to and from the program is available.
