Eligibility

Individuals (AGES 5 AND OLDER) experiencing a variety of traumas, including, but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder, bullying, individuals experiencing natural or man-made disasters, crime victims, sexually abused individuals and others.

Photo I.D., Health insurance card if applicable, proof of income (if requesting sliding scale).
