Eligibility

Open to anyone over the age of 18 who is seeking recovery from alcohol and illicit substances. Individuals on all forms of FDA-approved medications for Opioid Use Disorders are accepted. A clinical assessment is required to confirm eligibility.

Description

Offers recovery housing for individuals completing substance use disorder treatment. Residents also have access to assistance from Targeted Case Managers, who can work with residents to address barriers to employment and independent living.
