Provides no-cost, confidential crisis intervention services by videophone and email for Deaf individuals who have been in a domestic violence situation. Hotline advocates may provide emotional support, assist with safety planning, provide information about domestic violence and healthy relationships, and offer referrals to additional state and local resources.
