Eligibility

Open to Deaf survivors of all identities who have experienced power-based personal violence such as sexual violence, domestic violence, and/or stalking. Also open to Deaf and hearing friends and family of Deaf survivors.

Contact the hotline by videophone or email. Callers using a voice phone will be connected to an interpreter for the duration of the call.

Provides no-cost, confidential crisis intervention services by videophone and email for Deaf individuals who have been in a domestic violence situation. Hotline advocates may provide emotional support, assist with safety planning, provide information about domestic violence and healthy relationships, and offer referrals to additional state and local resources.
