Eye Care | Healthpoint Family Care
Provides a variety of vision and eye health services. Services offered include annual eye exams, eye glass exams, diabetic eye exams, and treatment for any problems of the eye. Patients who are uninsured and meet income criteria may receive a voucher for free glasses if needed.
