Offers 4 outpatient pavilions. Rehabilitation Pavilion includes: physical therapy, occupational therapy, industrial medicine, and speech & hearing services. Women's and Children's Pavilion includes: general health care, pediatrics,child care, obstetrics (normal and high risk), family planning, gynecology, comprehensive health care for teen mothers and child, fetal diagnostic center, physicals, dermatology, asthma management, hearing and vision testing, eating disorder evaluation, assists with smoking cessation, and provides immunizations for Hepatitis B, Varicella, MMR, and Tetanus. Specialty Services Pavilion includes: cardiology, orthopedics, rheumatology, geriatrics, gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology, dermatology, nutrition, and ENT. Cancer Care Pavilion includes: chemotherapy and radiation therapy as well as other aspects of cancer care. Also located in the Outpatient Plaza is the pharmacy, which can fill prescriptions written by any Metro doctor.

Application process

Appointment is required, and each pavilion makes its own appointments. Phone Main Number M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm to be transferred to appropriate appointment desk for desired specialty. For transportation assistance phone to check required qualifications, must call at least 2 days ahead of time to schedule.

Fee

Fixed fee; Medicare, Medicaid, and third party insurance accepted. Those without insurance will be screened for Medicaid eligibility or Healthcare Marketplace. If ineligible the patient may receive an income based discount toward charges depending on county residence.

Eligibility

Pediatric programs serve ages 0-18. Teenage family planning serves ages 12-19. Obstetrics/gynecology and pregnancy testing serve women only. Other services are unrestricted.
