Open to individuals age 18 and older.
Individuals who have not completed inpatient care or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at CAT or another facility will be required to dually enroll in individual substance use counseling services.
Call or email to complete initial eligibility and intake screening. Eligible patients will then need to attend an in-person assessment during Open Access hours.

Offers outpatient peer-led assistance in a group setting from trained Peer Recovery Supporters. Supporters model effective coping techniques and self help strategies based on their own recovery experience while working with individuals as they develop and implement a personal recovery plan.
