Eligibility
Must have a minimum 90 day residency in the Loudonville-Perrysville School District. For most services are based on Federal Poverty Guidelines plus 10%, the same criteria that governs eligibility for the school's Free Lunch Program.

- Documentation from landlord with delinquent amount or eviction notice
- Documentation from utility company with delinquent amount or disconnect notice
- Proof of income
- Proof of residency
