Serves youth birth through age 18 in Medina, Stark, Summit, and Wayne Counties who have been affected by parental addiction. Eligibility includes youth who have lost a parent to an overdose, have a parent in drug rehabilitation, were removed from a household due to parental addiction, or have a parent who is incarcerated on drug charges. Registration must be completed by legal guardian. Pickup of items takes place in Norton.

Include gift ideas such as favorite colors, cartoons, movies, clothing sizes, hobbies, and interests. Submit guardianship paperwork and birth certificate to [email protected] within 24 hours of applying. Applications are due at least 30 days prior to the birthday.
