Some of the examinations have fees, Other services are free. Students at schools that have failed to make progress according to federal standards are eligible for free tutoring.

Eligibility

Tutoring is for ages 5-16 (grades K-10). Other services are for ages 5 - 18 who are enrolled in the school district which includes most of Cleveland, parts of Brook park and Garfield Heights, and all of Bratenahl, Linndale and Newburgh Heights. Free tutoring is only for students at schools that have failed to meet federal standards for at least two consecutive years.
