Eligibility
Serves families who have a child age birth through age 20 that is diagnosed with cancer, and who can demonstrate financial need or hardship. Child must be in process of receiving cancer treatment from Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, or Akron Children's Hospital. Serves Geauga, Lake, Ashtabula, Portage, Summit, Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, Stark, and Trumbull Counties.
