Application process

Phone for information or to make an appointment M-F: 8:30am-6:00pm or go to Web site anytime. Due to security procedures for the building, one must call ahead for an appointment - appointments are not necessary, but can be made if the caller has a situation that requires a personal consultation with a representative of the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority.

No residency requirements. Anyone can open an account (parents, grandparents, other relatives or family friends can all be account owners).
