No fee for first 30-minute attorney consultation for individuals who have been injured, need to file bankruptcy, workers compensation, veteran's benefits, or social security, and for personal injury cases. Often this consultation is all that is needed. For all other legal issues, there is a $30 referral fee for a 30 minute consultation. Fees for additional services are arranged directly with the attorney.

Connects people in need of legal assistance with a pre-screened, experienced, qualified, and local attorney. Participating attorneys must meet experience criteria in their areas of practice and carry liability insurance in order to be a member of the referral service. In some cases, the following appointments can be arranged: house calls, knowledge of foreign languages, evening appointments and referrals to attorneys licensed in other states.

Offers a professional organization for lawyers. Provides referrals to attorneys who will provide legal consultations for a nominal fee. Mediates disputes regarding attorney fees, and investigates complaints against Summit County Attorneys. Offers a speakers bureau for presentations on a variety of topics. Provides continuing legal education to local attorneys and judges. Provides pro bono legal services.
