FEEDING DISORDERS PROGRAM | CLEVELAND CLINIC CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FOR REHABILITATION
Provides assessment and treatment where indicated for children who are unable or who refuse to maintain an oral intake of food. Service includes an assessment of the psychological, nutritional, speech/language, occupational, nursing, art/music therapy (where appropriate)and medical aspects of these problems. Outpatient and more intensive treatment are both available.

Phone M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm to get a packet that must be completed before an evaluation or to make a referral. Referral must be made in writing from the patient's physician.
Fee
Accepts most insurance.Third party payment accepted, including Medicaid, and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Those living further than 150 miles from the main site may have other requirements.
Eligibility
Designed for children aged up to 5 but will serve children up to age 9. No restrictions on residency.
