Provides re-housing assistance (rent deposit payment assistance and initial rent payment assistance). - NOTE: Does not provide assistance with keeping the current residence - will only help to establish a new one. - NOTE: Does not help with mobile home lot fee payments, back rent, or any assistance to maintain the current residence.

Call the office for more information if you have any need for housing assistance. If deemed eligible, an on site assessment will be required.

Eligibility
- Serves residents of Portage County who are currently homeless or who are about to be. - May help those are who are at risk of being homeless: Must have court ordered eviction, be within 14 days of becoming homeless, and be assessed as having no family, friends, or assets to rely on. - Income must be below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
