Physical Therapy is a treatment program that helps a person in a wide variety of ways. People go to physical therapy when they are looking to improve or restore body movements that might have resulted from various incidents including, sports injuries, prolonged pain, a recent surgery, or to help manage a chronic illness. When participating in physical therapy, you will receive an individualized treatment plan that will help you work towards regaining or strengthening body movements. At the Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness, you will receive excellent care from qualified Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants that will be with you every step of the way, guiding you on your recovery.
