Eligibility
Applicants must:
- have an income less than 150% of the median income for their area
- have experienced and attest to experiencing a financial hardship after January 21, 2020 related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible hardships must be associated with the coronavirus pandemic but do not necessarily need to have been caused by an individual becoming ill with COVID-19
- be living in the residence, and were living in it during the hardship, for which they are seeking assistance
