Visit www.knoxheadstart.org & click ENROLL NOW or call 740-397-2768 to complete an Intake/Pre-Application for Enrollment.

Fee

Head Start, for children ages three to five, and Early Head Start, for pregnant moms and infants and toddlers zero to three, are free services. Full-day, full-year services, combining Head Start education and family services with child care, may have fees associated. Publicly funded child care (PFCC) is accepted. Some private pay slots are available.

Eligibility

Early Head Start and Head Start services are for qualifying families at 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or below, or receiving SNAP/OWF/TANF cash assistance; SSI disability; or foster families.
