Application process

Applications may be submitted online, by phone, in person, or by mailing, faxing, or hand-delivering a completed application to the DCBS office in your county of residence.

Fee

Families pay a share of child care costs based on household income and family size.

Eligibility

Open to parents and caregivers of children under age 13 who:

  • have a gross countable income less than or equal to 85% of the State Median Income
  • are employed or enrolled in full-time education
  • are unemployed but are participating in an initial job search
  • are a teen parent attending school or pursuing a GED in a classroom setting

Parents and caregivers of children ages 13-19 with special needs may also apply for assistance.,Open to parents and caregivers of children under age 13 who:
