Rapid Rehousing Programs | Hope And Healing Survivor Resource Center Summit And Medina County

Provides rapid re-housing services for individuals and/or families impacted by domestic violence. Program guidelines follow rapid re-housing standards established by OH-506 Continuum of Care. Program currently includes Steps to Independence (adults with children), Safe Way Home (individuals), and Opportunity Home (youth age 18 to 25).

Serves residents of Summit County who meet the following guidelines: - Fleeing domestic violence. - Category 1 homeless as defined by HUD. - Under 50% of the AMI. - Have minor children within their household (for Steps to Independence program).

Provides a confidential 24-hour crisis hotline, an emergency protective shelter, housing assistance, trauma therapy, case management, justice system advocacy, youth advocacy, support groups, and advocacy for victims of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Provides resources, information, outreach, and education to the community. Services are available to men, women, children, the LGBTQAI community, people living with disabilities, and the elderly.
