Adults 18 or older who are chemically dependent. Accepting individuals with or without health insurance.
First time patients must register and bring: Proof of income (W2 form/tax return OR 2 current pay stubs)

Assessment and counseling by appointment
Intensive outpatient program: M, W, Th: 1:00pm-4:00pm or 6:00pm-9:00pm for 8 weeks. Non-intensive outpatient treatment: M, Th: 1:00pm-3:00pm or 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Description
Provides an intensive as well as an non-intensive outpatient drug and alcohol program that includes individual and group counseling, education, sobriety maintenance and relapse prevention. There are two phases to this program, an initial phase and a follow-up treatment phase. Offers a co-ed program and a men's program. Does not offer detoxification.
