Outreach/Heap/ Emergency Assistance-Uss Caring Services | United Senior Services
This program is designed to help people age 60 or better, with low income living in Clark county meet one time expenses such as a utility shut off notice or an unanticipated critical expense. Staff also assist with accessing HEAP, and other similar programs. In-home assistance is available for those without means to come into the office.

United Senior Services
United Senior Services mission is to enhance the lives of Clark County older adults by offering quality services that promote general well being, socialization and independent living. USS encourages participants to be active, involved and independent. In-home services, such as meals, transportation, homemakers, respite care, and personal care aides, are available to all eligible Clark County senior citizens regardless of membership. Community services such as income tax preparation, Medicare open enrollment and health education also do not require membership. Fitness, social and recreational activities at our centers are for people who are 55 or better and a member of USS. Annual membership fee is $15 for Clark County residents.
