Description

Offers a tobacco treatment program to help individuals smoking. The program consists of six (6) 60 to 90 minute small group or individual sessions, which include topics such as: - Barriers to quitting. - Behavior changes. - Stress management. - Avoiding weight gain. - Proper use of medications to stop smoking.
