Must have an autism diagnosis, educational or medical. Between the ages of 0-22 and live in Ohio and have never received an iPad from iTaalk in the past.

Required documents

Proof of autism diagnosis and letter of recommendation from a professional working with the child, and an explanation of benefits from your medical insurance stating the coverage they would provide urder durable equipment
