- Serves residents of Southern Lorain County. Note: Does not serve residents of Elyria or Lorain. - Disconnection notice from the utility company is not required. - For electric and gas assistance: Must apply for Winter Crisis - Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) first, when available.
