- To donate, call the toll-free number or visit the website. - Mail donations to Salvation Army World Service Office International Relief Fund, PO Box 418558, Boston, MA 02241-8558.  Note: For donations designated to specific disaster relief and recovery efforts, occasionally conditions in the field may alter relief activities. If this occurs, The Salvation Army will direct funds to their International relief efforts in the region.
