Eligibility
  • Caregiver must live and work in Jefferson County.
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree) or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure.
  • For initial application, income must be 200% or less of current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL).
  • Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance - current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.
