GENERAL COUNSELING SERVICES | CATHOLIC CHARITIES COMMUNITY SERVICES OF MEDINA COUNTY

Provides counseling services to individuals, families and couples. Provides treatment for disorders that includes, but are not limited to, adjustment disorders, bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, addictions, relational problems and geriatric counseling. Court ordered counseling is also available. On site and telehealth options available. If barriers are identified by counselor, in home option available.

Application process

- Referrals accepted via Unite Us. - Call the office Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm to make an appointment. - Completion of intake paperwork may be completed in person or electronically via DocuSign.

Fee

- Fixed fee. Private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. - Sliding fee scale available to Medina County residents.
