Eligibility
Serves adult women age 18 to 60 that are referred through Coordinated Entry and that meet the following criteria: - Are diagnosed with a physical and/or mental disability. - Are homeless or at immediate risk of becoming homeless. - Motivated to make positive changes. - Physically and emotionally able and willing to participate in education, job training and employment. - Able to function independently. - Not actively abusing drugs/alcohol.
